The workshop will be highly participative and each project team will be asked to contribute to the discussions by preparing a CASE STUDY related to a specific situation, in their own project, which requires the participants to develop and/or evaluate solutions. This will constitute a fundamental step in the training programme.
The Case Studies will: “Highlight how communication approaches and tools have been applied to address a specific problem/issue in your project”. The objectives are to encourage project teams to analyze specific issues from a communication perspective, identify the reasons behind the failure of that particular approach/tool, and share the experience with the other project teams to explore other viable approaches and eventually find solutions to unresolved problems.
For these Case Studies, it is fundamental collect as much “material” as you can that will help you in preparing the Case Study.
In addition to data and information on the specific topic, each National Team can collect:
- Photos,
- Brochures,
- Products and tools,
- Audio and video materials,
- Questionnaires,
- Drawings,
- Graphs and tables.
